Hi! I'm the owner and operator of Paradigm Shift.

The goal of this company is to help you reduce the maintenance of your properties and landscapes through thoughtful selection and incorporation of native plant species. My passions and background in watershed ecology, ecological restoration, and landscaping projects have fueled me to create this service for you. Together, we can shift your space into an artful habitat that is uniquely Pacific Northwestern.

My hands have "been in the dirt" gardening food to eat since I was sixteen years old. I have since gardened and landscaped in Michigan, Colorado, Alaska, and Washington states. More recently, I've spent the last six years refining my skills in habitat restoration and vegetation management. My formal education includes an environmental BS from Western Washington University (2018), courses from the Washington State Department of Agriculture, UCLA extension, and an ISA Arborist Certification.
